Margie + Austin’s Montage Wedding

Celebrating with Margie & Austin was an absolute delight! From their bright and bold wedding colors to their sparkler send-off, every part of their wedding reception was meant to be a fun family-friendly affair. We love how friendly their menu was to children, teens and adults – sometimes catering to the teen crowd can be a bit of a challenge but their menu was both familiar and creative for their guests. Hors d’oeuvres

Strawberry goat cheese bruschetta with basil balsamic reduction
Shaved lamb loin, tzatziki sauce, herb marinated feta, crispy pita
Cucumber cup, black bean and roasted corn salsa, cilantro pesto
Brie, dried pineapple & caramelized onion quesadillas
Caribbean beef meatballs
Korean BBQ shrimp skewer

First Course

Mixed greens, smoked bacon, green apple slices, pink peppered goat cheese medallions, maple walnut vinaigrette

Second Course

Choice of
Honey sambal breast of chicken, orange thai basil reduction
Grilled beef tenderloin, mushroom truffle demi glace        
Spinach & garlic herb alouette stuffed artichoke, herb emulsion

Served with
Vegetable Medley with Asparagus, Haricot vert, Split Carrots with olive oil and seasoning
Roasted sweet baby golden potatoes, fresh thyme butter

Third Course

Chocolate cake, chocolate chip cookie dough buttercream filling
Vanilla cake, caramel filling, malted vanilla buttercream
