Boar’s Head Food Demonstration

Being selected to work for others in the food and beverage industry is always a pleasure. However, being asked to provide service during a food demonstration is really a true honor. We are grateful to work with Boar’s Head again on another great demonstration event. Using all Boar’s Head products when appropriate, our culinary team prepared a custom menu selected by the client to showcase a variety of Boar’s Head’s most current offerings.

Craft Mac & Cheese Station
Buffalo chicken wrapped in puff pastry with Boar’s Head creamy blue cheese dressing
Italian chicken sausage skewers, Boar’s Head italian chicken sausage, peppadew peppers with truffle fontina fondue
Mac n’ cheese
Canadian cheddar, smoked bacon, lobster ,
Cajun turkey, penne pasta, peppers, onions, chicken sausage, creole mustard cream sauce with muenster cheese

Grilled Cheese & Soup Action Station
Butter Kase and bacon with caramelized onions
Sausalito chicken, chipotle gouda with avocado
Fried bologna with American cheese
Boar’s Head chicken noodle soup

Build your Own Sandwich
Lettuce, tomato, sliced onions, pickles
Pretzel rolls & brioche rolls
Various Boar’s Head mustards and sauces

Dessert Station
All of the Verrines are made with Boar’s Head chocolate hummas.
Cannoli with chocolate hummas and powdered sugar
S’Mores- torched marshmallow, graham cracker crust, chocolate ganache
Chunky Monkey- banana pudding, walnuts
Cafe Latte- espresso mousse, whipped cream, walnut brownie crust, caramel

Bacon dipped in chocolate topped with choice of smoked salt, poprocks and caramel corn
