Vine & Table Extravaganza!

Once a year our spirits store, Vine & Table, hosts their Holiday Extravaganza! This signature shopping night allows attendees to taste hundreds of wines, spirits, beers and cocktails while enjoying fabulous hors d’oeuvres from Kahn’s Catering.

In another sold-out year Vine & Table welcomed more than 350 guests. Many of whom said this was something they had been looking forward to just so they could kick off their holiday season. The event featured an east and west tent outside of the main entrance of the store, extending the space to house the ample menu. The store itself was dressed to the nines in its holiday finest, featuring gift baskets, tasting stations, and several holiday hosting items perfect as a gift for others or for ones self.

Passed Cold Hors d’oeuvres
Golden beet & goat cheese bruschetta, cranberry jam, mint
Stilton mousse stuffed figs, crispy smoked bacon
Bruleed Apple Bruschetta with fig, brie and balsamic reduction
Buffalo loin carpaccio with crispy capers, truffled honey, and arugula
Hickory cider-infused duck breast, pumpkin seed pesto, savory butter cookie, and micro herb

Cinnamon maple glazed pork belly johnny cakes, pear relish
Apricot & brie strudel, apple compote
Mini spiced apple bread pudding baked with pancetta and Maytag blue
Cinnamon duck confit wellington with sweet cherry bordelaise

Five spice beef short rib wontons with ginger hoisin dipping sauce
Coconut chicken bites with mango curry dipping sauce
Roasted fingerling potato with boursin and bacon

International cheese display with fruits, crackers and nuts

Con queso dip, artichoke and parmesan, spinach dip and hummus
served with sliced bread, pita rounds, chips and crackers

Sage roasted turkey breast, fennel veloute
Served with cranberry chutney, dijon aioli and petite brioche rolls

White Marble Farms roasted pork tenderloin with apricot marmalade and brazilian mustard glaze

Brussels sprouts, kalettes, vidalia onion and pancetta
Butternut squash soufflé
Loaded potato gratin with bacon, cheddar and chives

Gnocchi with fresh crushed roma tomatoes, ratatouille vegetables, basil pinenut pesto
Penne with smoked chicken, jalepeno and smoked gouda cream sauce
Topped with your choice of toasted herb bread crumbs, shredded parmesan, and chopped scallions

Crabcakes with cajun remoulade
