Kahn's Catering Honey Basil Vinaigrette

 

Honey Basil Vinaigrette

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
15 leaves of fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 cup olive oil

Slowly chop the basil combined with all of the ingredients except the oil in the blender on low speed.
Begin to drizzle in the olive oil slowly to emulsify the oil into the rest of the ingredients. Store for up to one week in the refrigerator.
