Eiteljorg Cafe Spring Menu is Here!

With the weather warming up and long walks along the canal to be had, it makes complete sense to stop into the Eiteljorg Cafe while you’re out and about! This spring we have introduced some incredibly delicious new menu items that you’ll absolutely love. Enjoy an afternoon at the museum and relax on the patio sipping a margarita and munching on fresh-made tortilla chips with cilantro salsa and guacamole. Welcome spring!

Baby Kale & Chicken Salad

Baby kale, seared chicken, mixed greens, strawberries, almonds, goat cheese crumbles, and strawberry poppyseed vinaigrette.


Shrimp Tacos

Soft corn tortillas, spicy sauteed shrimp, roasted pineapple salsa, cilantro. lettuce, avocado emulsion.


Rancho Del Sol

Cilantro chicken or seasoned ground beef, romaine lettuce, corn and black bean salsa, pico de gallo, jalapeno lime sour cream, guacamole, crispy tortilla strips. Served with fresh-baked corn bread muffin.


Valley Verde

Cilantro chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, bacon, pepitas, crispy corn, fresh cilantro, creamy avocado dressing. Served with fresh-baked corn bread muffin.

Almond Apricot Chicken Salad

Honey-glazed chicken, almonds, dried apricots, onions, leaf lettuce on wheat bread. Also available in a honey wheat wrap.
