Event Pricing Information

Cost control is a critical component in the success of your event. Our event specialists can help you stay within your budget.

Here is the information to consider when organizing an event and what our event specialist will need to know to put together a proposal:

  • Guest Count
  • Type of Event
  • Event Date & Venue
  • Meal Service Style
  • Special Event Rentals
  • Service Charge & Tax

The estimated total price of your event will include the food and beverage minimum based on location and number of attendees; the special event rentals and a 25% service charge and taxes.

Guest Count & Event Type
What type of event are you having? How many people do you expect? This information will help us match your needs with the ideal venue and event space.

Examples of event types: luncheon, conference, seated dinner with stage, etc…

Note: Most people overestimate attendance. It is easy to do. However, in our experience your actual attendance will be 40% less than you might think.

Event Date & Venue
Date, time and location have an impact on venue pricing as well. Being flexible with the day of the week and the time of day can help you secure the venue of your choice and lower costs.

Choose from one of our 6 premier venues or host the event at your own location

Meal Service Style
Service style refers to the way food and beverages are served. Options include buffet, hors d’oeuvres, plated and stations. We can help you match the appropriate service with your event type and venue.

All events have food and beverage minimums. These minimums might vary by time and venue.

Packages are available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and hors d’oeuvres. Customization to accommodate particular occasions or dietary requirements (e.g. gluten free or vegetarian) is also an option.

To simplify your planning, control costs and give your guest a great experience we’ve assembled several packages with proven combinations that will suit the service style and menu you want.

Equipment Rental
Tables, chairs, linens, tableware and serve ware are typical needs for an event. Once guest count, service style, and venue are selected, we’ll have an accurate understanding of the equipment requirements.

Our extensive inventory of the highest quality serving products sets us apart from other local caterers. Premium serve ware such as Cardinal crystal, Steelite china, and Villeroy & Boch butler passing trays are used for all events. Guests are sure to be impressed.

Service Charge and Taxes
Included in your proposal will be the breakdown of the service charge and applicable taxes. Sales tax on food and beverage is 9% and operating costs are covered by a 25% service charge.
