Newfields Wedding: Adrienne and Will

Newfields comes alive with color both inside and throughout the grounds every spring making it the perfect setting for Indianapolis wedding ceremonies and receptions like Adrienne and Will’s. From the Formal Gardens to Pulliam Family Great Hall to Deer Zink Special Events Pavilion, the couple’s color palate complimented the light and airy spring we enjoyed this year in every space of the museum they hosted their guests.

Hors d’oeuvres
Snapper escabenche mini crispy tacos
Avocado corn salsa tostadas
BLT cherry tomato

First Course
Quartered hearts of romaine, grape tomatoes, basil garlic crostini, shaved parmesan, caesar dressing in a parmesan ring

Second Course:
Choice of
Garlic & herb marinated breast of chicken, lemon butter sauce, citrus basil relish
Smoked sea salt ribeye, horseradish cream
Mediterranean quinoa phyllo strudel, yellow pepper saffron coulis

Served with
Gruyere & leek potato gratin
Baby ratatouille, patty pan squash, baby zuccini, cipollini onion, roasted grape tomato

Third Course

White cake with white chocolate butter cream

Their wedding cake is one of most favorite of the year – so far! It reminded us of Adreinne’s dress and veil. One of our favorite details was one that only the children were able to enjoy – petite pinatas filled with candy! We love the creativity and the children really loved their special treats
