Maggie + Dan, Montage Wedding

Under the clear glass covering of the Chardonnay Room, Maggie & Dan exchanged their vows before friends and family, while dodging a few raindrops that decided to join the party. Thankfully, the skies cleared long enough for the couple and their guests to enjoy the wrap around patios along the lake. Between their atrium ceremony and their ballroom reception, guests enjoyed butler passed hors d’oeuvres,

Hors d’oeuvres
Brie wrapped in strawberry leather, basil, candied pecan, balsamic glaze
Thai beef summer roll with spicy peanut sauce
Souse vide scallos on a crispy tortilla, key lime marmalade, cilantro
Wild mushroom phyllo satchls
Herb crused lamb and yellow pepper kabob with roasted garlic Dijon dipping sauce
Mini cuban sandwiches with roasted pork, ham, swiss cheese, mustard

 

First Course
Summer greens with avocado, red onion, oven roasted tomatoes, champagne vinaigrette and parmesan tuille
Assorted breads and lemon rosemary flat bread, French butter balls and sundried tomato butter

 

Second Course
Choice of
Mushroom and boursin stuffed breast of chicken with herb cream sauce
Caribbean spiced mahi mahi with tropical fruit salsa
Lentil napa cabbage roll on top of grilled vegetables and mushroom risotto

Served with
Parmesan risotto with wild mushrooms
Balsamic grilled portabella and roasted red pepper medley

Third Course
Vanilla cake with dried French lavender and vanilla honey buttercream filling
