An overlooked and often underutilized feature in the catering world is amuse bouche.
An amuse bouche is a single, bite-sized hors d’oeuvre. They are different from traditional hors d’oeuvres that Kahn’s Catering offers, as they are not served during the cocktail hour and are prepared with different intention. When served they are plated and preset at each guest’s seat. They are served to prepare the guest for the meal and to offer a glimpse into our chef’s approach to the art of cuisine.
