We’ve always been committed to fine catering. And today more than ever, we’re also committed to sustainable, environmentally friendly business practices. In fact, our goal is to be the greenest caterer in Indiana. To help us achieve that goal we’ve adopted a specific set of commitments.

We pledge to our clients that we will:

…use Orca Green to recycle food waste.
Orca Green is a revolutionary product that rapidly decomposes food waste and transforms it into a liquid effluent that’s environmentally harmless. All excess food from our catered events – regardless of the location – is disposed of in the Orca Green. The result is a vastly smaller footprint for our company and a meaningful reduction in waste.

…recycle paper, plastic and other goods to the best of our ability.
At the end of each event, all plastic, paper, metal and cardboard are collected to be recycled.

…take advantage of digital communication.
Our catering software creates digital files of company information.  Contracts, event orders, invoices and correspondences are sent electronically to reduce paper waste.

…work to find efficiency in travel and shipping.
We buy in bulk reduce shipping costs and waste. We also work to load trucks efficiently so that we can reduce unnecessary travel costs and emissions.

…purchase locally.
When possible we make every attempt to purchase local products. This reduces shipping costs and supports our commitment to our community and to using only the freshest ingredients.

…leverage reusable items.
Real china, glass and silver add to the ambience of an event. They also eliminate the need for disposable items. When we must use disposable containers we rely on biodegradable plates, utensils and cups.

…donate food to a worthy cause.
Our company donates unused food product to 2^nd Helpings Donations, a nonprofit organization that feeds the homeless here in our own community.
